Prom/Post Prom – March 20th-March

NOTE: Prom/Post Prom is for the Juniors and Seniors
Volunteers: Please note all Moms’ /Dad’s can sign up to assist with this event you
do not have to have a Junior or Senior to help out.
PROM: (4pm-12pm) Decorate the room/hall where Prom will be held – the boys will have the decorations planned out you just follow their directions! Chaperone Prom only need about three couples or 6 adults for this.
POST PROM: (1am-4am) Assist with activities during Post Prom. Chaperones need about 12 parents and Dads are very important at this one!

Coordinate with the student council and Mr. Lindgren to set a meeting to plan for their Prom/Post Prom. Organize volunteers to decorate for Prom. Organize snacks/beverages. Obtain enough Chaperones’ – make sure you have Dad’s in on this one!
