Mount Michael Thanksgiving

11/28/19

On November 25, the school community and that whole staff, celebrated Thanksgiving with Eucharist and a fabulous meal prepared by Creative Dinning staff and Fr. John.

Fr. Dan and his art students decorated the dinning room with colorful posters that used the word thanks or thank you in over 30 languages. Central to these posters is one signifying the Eucharist which in itself means thanks. Believe it or not, they ate nearly 40 apple pies, made from Mount Michael apples! All agreed that it was a good meal all the way around.

Aidan Frazier poses next to thank you-“Ho-chunk” his native language of Winnebago.
