Alum Celebrates Eucharist at The Mount
Fr. Zach Tucker ’08 returned to the Mount to celebrate the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. Fr. Tucker celebrated the Eucharist in the chapel with the junior and senior classes. The freshmen and sophomores celebrated the Eucharist in the gymnasium. The student body was divided as a precaution due to the recent up swing in the spread of Covid.
Fr. Tucker was ordained to the priesthood for the Omaha Archdiocese in June of 2020. In preparation for ordination he studied at the North American College in Rome. He currently serves as Associate Pastor at St. James in Omaha. Fr. Tucker is the eldest son of Patrick and Sue Tucker. Fr. Tucker and his 5 brothers all graduated from Mount Michael.
