Cole McCoy honored for Photography
Mount Michael senior Cole McCoy received a Gold Key award for his photo “Omaha Nights”.
From Cole McCoy’s Notification Letter:
“This is a remarkable achievement for you. Your work was recognized by a panel of creative professionals as the most outstanding work submitted among your peers.
Since 1923, the Awards have recognized some of America’s most celebrated artists while they were teenagers, including: Andy Warhol, Richard Avedon, Idelle Weber, Ken Burns, Paul Chan, and Kay WalkingStick. We are proud to count you among these esteemed Scholastic Awards alumni!”
The Awards Recognition Ceremony will be held on March 2.
The Exhibition runs 2/26/2019 – 3/29/2019 and is located on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors of the OPS Teacher Administrative Center at 3215 Cuming Street in Omaha.
