The Benedict Building houses the gym (known as the Palace), kitchen, business and advancement offices, and student dorm rooms.

Three phases of renovations are planned for the Benedict Building:
Phase 1: Gym revitalization
- New bleachers
- New gym floor
Phase 2: Second-floor dorm room renovations
Phase 3: Third-floor dorm room renovations
Dorm upgrades on the second and third floors will include: fresh paint, closet renovations, flooring replacement, and new lighting, sinks, and desks.
