Elkhorn Band Olympics

On Saturday, February 21, seven Mount Michael freshmen competed in the Elkhorn Band Olympics. They performed various solos, duets, and trios and their scores reflect the hard work and practice they’ve put in this year.

Mount Michael Trumpet Trio (Ben Peatrowsky, Samuel Adi, James McNeil) received a 2, “Excellent”.
Mount Michael Trombone Duet (Jack Beran, Caleb Peatrowsky) received a 2, “Excellent”.
Caleb Peatrowsky received a 2, “Excellent”, on his trombone solo.
Jack Beran received a 2, “Excellent”, on his trombone solo.
Danahy Powell received a 2, “Excellent”, on his alto saxophone solo.
James McNeil received a 2, “Excellent”, on his trumpet solo.
Andrew Pentel received a 1, “Superior” on his snare drum solo.
Benjamin Peatrowsky received a 1, “Superior” on his trumpet solo.
Samuel Adi received a 1, “Superior”, on his trumpet solo.
