Mount Michael offers a traditional summer camp and several sports camps for Pre-K through 8th grade boys.

Summer Youth Camps

Mount Michael offers several summer camp experiences for boys aged Pre-k through 8th grade. Camps include various sports camps hosted by Mount Michael coaches and athletes and Camp Mount Michael, a week-long traditional summer camp.

Camp Mount Michael

Camp Mount Michael is our traditional summer camp experience. This year, we are offering overnight camp all three weeks, plus a day camp during week 1 for families who prefer it. Camp Mount Michael makes full use of the athletic and recreational facilities of Mount Michael Benedictine School and the surrounding 400 acres overlooking the Elkhorn River Valley. Boys from the Omaha area and beyond have enjoyed Camp Mount Michael since 1967.

The overnight format makes Camp Mount Michael truly special – late-night activities, friendships built in the dorms, and a full immersion into the Mount Michael spirit. We’re looking forward to an unforgettable summer!

Sports enthusiasts will enjoy basketball, soccer, and ultimate frisbee, while creative campers can dive into hands-on projects like arts and crafts, science experiments, and problem-solving challenges.

Each day will also feature Mount Michael traditions, including time-honored competitions and activities led by our experienced counselors.
