Mount Michael Names Head Golf Coach

Mount Michael Benedictine School names Micah Brehm as Head Golf Coach

Mount Michael Benedictine School is proud to announce the appointment of Micah Brehm as the new Head Golf Coach for the Knights Golf Program.

Brehm brings years of experience as both a competitive golfer and dedicated coach. A former collegiate golfer, Brehm competed at the college level before turning his focus to coaching and player development. Over the past six years, he has coached athletes at both the high school and club levels, helping young players grow not only in skill but also in confidence, leadership, and character.

He currently serves full-time with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), where he invests in coaches and athletes throughout the community. Brehm is also a PGA Associate, on track to obtain his Class A PGA Professional status by the end of 2026.

“I believe golf is more than a sport—it’s a training ground for life,” said Brehm. “My coaching philosophy centers on developing mentally strong, physically disciplined, and spiritually grounded athletes. Every player is fearfully and wonderfully made, and I want them to understand that their identity isn’t found in a scorecard, but in who they are as individuals and teammates.”

In addition to his passion for golf and ministry, Brehm is a devoted husband and father of four. He and his family reside in the Omaha area, where they are actively involved in both their local church and youth sports community.
